2022 has been a fantastic year for the team at Collective Maintenance Services. Not only have we grown our business and extended our services, we’ve had a lot of fun in the process.
As businesses continue to adjust post pandemic and with the obvious increase in major weather events, we’ve developed stronger working relationships with new and old clients, responding to any and all call outs which has contributed to many ‘word of mouth’ referrals and of course more staff as our skill base was called for an expansion.
Our team are always on the ready to respond to our clients’ needs which a signature trademark we are well known for.

Our new tagline (above) says it all. CMS will continue to provide our very high standard of cleaning and maintenance services across Sydney and Brisbane. With the expansion into specialty landscaping and garden maintenance, flooring, pest control and deep cleaning (including pressure and steam cleaning) we are now able to offer businesses a complete care package that includes regular cleaning and property maintenance as needed.
