With an ever-growing network of flexible co-working spaces around regional and suburban areas of Australia, WOTSO services sole traders, SME and corporates all under the one roof.
The challenge
CEO Jessie Glew reached out to CMS due to issues with their current cleaning team. Their existing provider was inconsistent and constantly missing parts of the scope. On contacting their provider about this they were promised that the issue/s would be resolved, however nothing changed.
Being a service-based business, Wotso needed a partner who understood their customers’ needs as well as the complexities of running a flex space ~ tenants moving in and out monthly, event spaces and meeting rooms requiring extra services or additional cleaning and common area’s being kept above standard to ensure hygiene was a priority.
Our response
CMS’s solution was to provide a highly trained consistent cleaning team to support Wotso’s flex work spaces. Open communication between Wotso and CMS helps resolves issues in real time and also provides feedback to ensure CMS is constantly improving our service.
The results
Following the implementation of our regular cleaning services, CMS now also provide Wotso with scheduled deep cleaning services including carpet and window cleaning to ensure their offices are always beautifully presented for current and future tenants. We also provide gardening services on their sites that are independently owned.
