The RCPA Quality Assurance Programs are world leaders in the provision of external quality assurance for pathology laboratories. Their programs are offered in Australia and internationally in over 60 countries. The RCPAQAP is committed to providing efficient and customer-focused service to all it’s participants. 

The challenge 

CMS reached out to the RCPAQAP in 2020 to see if they required any cleaning or maintenance services for their offices and laboratories. As it turned out the organisation was experiencing inconsistent service in their nightly cleaning, with little to no communication with their service provider at that time. As a result they were highly responsive to our offering. 

Our response 

RCPAQAP is a unique customer in that they have a laboratory on site within their offices. The lab has very strict protocol and procedures to follow each night we are onsite, to ensure there is no cross contamination from outside the lab and within the lab. Our cleaning team are highly trained in the procedures and requirements and there is constant communication between RCPAQAP and CMS on daily tasks and requirements which helps us to support their every need. 

The results 

As the relationship developed with the provision of our cleaning services, CMS began to provide maintenance services for RCPAQAP also, including scheduled test and tag of all equipment on site, compliance of fire services, plumbing and electrical services, painting, handyman services, deep cleans including carpet steam cleaning, window cleaning and pest control. 

CMS now provides a bespoke solution for all RCPAQAP’s cleaning and maintenance needs. From the client

Spearheading world-class design, marketing and distribution means Ralph Lauren has a full comprehensive supply chain. Maintaining seamlessly operating premises are vital to upholding the pace-setting quality and service that are synonymous with the Ralph Lauren brand. As an iconic fashion brand, presentation is important currency to Ralph Lauren. The company needed its premises’ to be relied upon as a strong brand ambassador that runs like a well-oiled machine. 

Our response 

We worked with key decision-makers within Ralph Lauren to understand the company’s unique needs. In consultation with the operations manager, director and store managers, we tailored an end-to-end facilities management solution to scale. Our Ralph Lauren service package encompassed; Cleaning, Property Maintenance, Electrical, Painting, Pest Control and Essential Safety Services including: Electrical test and tag, Test and tag fire extinguishers and emergency exit light testing. 

Proactive facilities management was achieved through quarterly site audits. To further streamline our efficiency, responsiveness and client communication, we created an app to log jobs and resolve issues onsite that fell under our management. 

The results 

We provide centralised support and resolution to Ralph Lauren facilities stores throughout Australia with the same single point of contact should any issue arise. Our tailored facilities management package ensures their facilities are maintained at the highest level and advice given where cost savings can be made in the context of facility maintenance and performance.

WOTSO is fast establishing itself as the go-to co-working business of choice. With its concept of an exciting and innovative, networking hub, it lends new meaning to “work” in the 21st century. With an ever-growing network of flexible co-working spaces around regional and suburban areas of Australia, WOTSO services sole traders, SME and corporates all under the one roof. 

The challenge 

CEO Jessie Glew reached out to CMS due to issues with their current cleaning team. Their existing provider was inconsistent and constantly missing parts of the scope. On contacting their provider about this they were promised that the issue/s would be resolved, however nothing changed. 

Being a service-based business, Wotso needed a partner who understood their customers’ needs as well as the complexities of running a flex space ~ tenants moving in and out monthly, event spaces and meeting rooms requiring extra services or additional cleaning and common area’s being kept above standard to ensure hygiene was a priority. 

Our response 

CMS’s solution was to provide a highly trained consistent cleaning team to support Wotso’s flex work spaces. Open communication between Wotso and CMS helps resolves issues in real time and also provides feedback to ensure CMS is constantly improving our service. 

The results 

Following the implementation of our regular cleaning services, CMS now also provide Wotso with scheduled deep cleaning services including carpet and window cleaning to ensure their offices are always beautifully presented for current and future tenants. We also provide gardening services on their sites that are independently owned.

For more than 70 years, Stockland have been creating and curating communities with people at the heart. As one of the largest retail property owners and corporate and residential developers and managers within Australia, Stockland specialise in creating lively town centres and beautiful residential areas that serve as the heartbeat of thriving communities. 

The challenge 

In order to remain focused on accelerating delivery in their core business, scaling capital partnerships and achieving long-term sustainable growth, Stockland were looking to minimise the number of cleaning and maintenance contractors they were using in-house across several of their sales centres. The many hands were creating more work for their administration teams and they wanted to simplify the process. Stockland reached out to CMS to see if we could take care of all their cleaning and maintenance needs, with everything serviced by the one provider. 

Our response 

CMS worked closely with Stocklands’ key decision makers to determine exactly what their central pain points and requirements were, committing to providing regular cleaning and on call maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and all other handyman requirements. This was undertaken for four of their major sales centres across Sydney and Wollongong. 

The results 

CMS continues to provide the highest level facilities management solutions to Stockland’s sales stores across NSW. With our partnership goals aligned, our team provides regular cleaning and maintenance on request to ensure their facilities are managed at the highest level.
